Gluten Free healthy Berry Crumble

Oh my goodness this recipe is going to be made on repeat in your kitchen if you share the same tastebuds as I do. This healthy breakfast, snack or dessert is fast, easy and delicious. I can’t even tell you how many times I have made this recipe and I love how easy it is especially if you suffer with joint pain like me!

What you need:

coconut oil

almond flour

oats

desired fruit

maple syrup

arrowroot powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix 4 tbsp of coconut oil, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, 1 cup of almond flour, 1.5 cups of oats and set aside.

In a different bowl mix together 2-3 cups of desired fruit, 2 tbsp of maple syrup and 2 tbsp of arrowroot powder.

Pour fruit mix in bowl and press down the oat crumble on top of the fruit mix in the same pan.

Bake 25 minutes

Cool 5-8 mins

Enjoy! You can always add icecream on top.
