Homemade 2 ingredient Cheez Its (Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegan)

Childhood snacks bring back so many memories. I would eat Cheez its watching disney chanel with my brother after elementary school, ahhh those were the days. Now we know the original Cheez-it has far too many added ingredients plus they are NOT gluten free or dairy free. You can make homemade Cheez its with ONLY CHEESE AND SALT! Of course you can use any cheese you desire. (Vegan yay!)
Here is what you do:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Slice any cheese you like into squares.
Poke a hole in the center with a straw.
Sprinkle sea salt.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy on edges
