Healthy Apple sauce

Don’t be fooled by how simple this recipe is… it is SO delicious and so healthy. I pair apple sauce with everything!! It is so important to eat RED apples over the others. Apples cleanse and purify the organs and colon, reduces inflammation, helps with digestion, helps regulate blood sugar, helps detoxify the toxic heavy metals in your body and is a good brain food. Most importantly, THIS APPLE SAUCE IS DELICIOUS!!!!

Blend 2 diced apples, 3.5 medjool dates and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon in a blender or food processer. I poured a bit of mixed apple cider to add some liquid (you can definitely pour regular apple juice too.)

Blend until smooth

Pour in a bowl and ENJOY!!!!

Keep refrigerated.
